Massage is a powerful wellness tool that has profound health benefits. While many people enjoy the sense of escape they get from massage, it does more than just relax your body and mind. Massage offers a drug-free, non-invasive and humanistic approach to wellness and health based on the body's natural ability to heal itself. Amongst other things, massage lowers blood pressure, increases circulation, decreases anxiety levels, improves sleep and aids recovery from injury.

My hope and goal is to provide my clients with a means to return to a state of equilibrium, of balance, of feeling centered and at peace through massage.
